We are now in production on the WR &WLDR Cylinder Heads

These are precision cast here in CT by a foundry that specializes in Aero-Space castings.

Material is CERTIFIED A356 Aluminum Alloy, heat treated to a T6 temper.
The Combustion Chambers are then CNC machined in our own shop.

WR

The Combustion Chamber is machined to the 49-R factory drawings
Extra thickness over the chamber to prevent cracking and warpage
Volume is 65 cc. which gives a compression ratio of aprox. 7.3:1 using a pop-up piston
Spart Plug is 14 mm x 3/4" reach so you can use a variety of heat ranges
Designed to be used without the head gasket

WLDR and WL

The Combustion Chamber is machined to a modified 49-R design to accomadate the different valve location
Volume is 69 cc. which gives a compression ratio of aprox. 6.9:1 using a pop-up piston
Spart Plug is 14 mm x 3/4" reach so you can use a variety of heat ranges
Designed to be used without the head gasket
