New cylinder heads cast in 356 alloy aluminum, heat treated to T-6 Custom machined combustion chambers to fit WL, WLDR, and WR. Can be manufactured for various compression ratios , pop up and dome pistons.
Uses 14mm x 3/4 spark plugs.

WR ’50 Cam Cover
WE HAVE JUST COMPLETED OUR THIRD PRODUCTION RUN OF CASTINGS FOR THE 1950/1951 WR CAM / TIMING COVER
Part # 25202-50R This is the PEEK-A-BOO one.
Cast in 356 Aluminum Alloy, Heat Treated to a T-6 condition
They are being offering it as stock, machined for the WR, for ball bearing cam shafts, with both top
and front magneto mounting. The 3 bushings are installed, pinned, and drilled for oil holes.
All oil passeges are plugged and flutter valve installed.
Supplied with either magneto or generato covers.

WR, WLDR, & WL CYLINDER HEADS
We are now in production on the WR &WLDR Cylinder Heads
These are precision cast here in CT by a foundry that specializes in Aero-Space castings.
Material is CERTIFIED A356 Aluminum Alloy, heat treated to a T6 temper.
The Combustion Chambers are then CNC machined in our own shop. -

Extra thickness over the chamber to prevent cracking and warpage
Volume is 65 cc. which gives a compression ratio of aprox. 7.3:1 using a pop-up piston
Spart Plug is 14 mm x 3/4" reach so you can use a variety of heat ranges

The Combustion Chamber is machined to a modified 49-R design to accomadate the different valve location
Volume is 69 cc. which gives a compression ratio of aprox. 6.9:1 using a pop-up piston

WR VALVE COVERS
PRECISION MACHINED FROM 6061 T6 ALUMINUM with RUBBER BAND OIL SEAL.

STRONGER VALVE SPRINGS FOR HI LIFT MORE RADICAL CAMS
These valve springs fit inside the smaller valve covers of the engines that pre date the dual spring KR, such as UL, VL, WL, WLD, WLDR, & WR.
The spring rates are compareable to that of the dual spring KR. and will accomidate valve lifts over .420" without coil bind.
They have been proven in both vintage ditr track and roadracing.
